  • Coordinates alumni and external events and acts as a liaison between college departments, external relations, and marketing & communications offices. Work in coordination with Associate Director and all vendors to ensure event needs are met and the spaces prepared for use.
  • Serve as lead coordinator for all external facing events in college. Consult with Associate Director and departments to determine objectives and requirements for events and communicate event needs to relevant campus partners and vendors. Assists with venue set-up and preparation as needed.
  • Assist with daily management of the Dean's Twitter account.
  • Responsible for primary administrative support for the college's stewardship processes including but not limited to thank you letters, birthday cards, memorandums, donor correspondence, etc. as assigned by the Associate Director of External Relations.
  • Responsible for the coordination and planning of college events that support development efforts.
  • Assist with external event marketing collateral and digital material design including printed pieces, event décor, email invitations, event graphics for social media, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Alongside the Associate Director, collaborate with Marketing & Communications office to maintain college brand across external relations and departmental collateral including swag items, marketing materials, and special recognition materials.
  • Prepare event advisories for external and alumni events and send to marketing & communications office for distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of external relations efforts in COHS.
